What Can "We" Do For You!

  • We will have a formal consultation with you so that I can fully understand your needs as well as make recommendations on preparing your home for sale so that it presents itself in the best possible light to the marketplace and shows to its best advantage.
  • We will arrange for a complementary evaluation with a stager, if appropriate.
  • We will arrange for a painter, handyman, gardener, cleaning lady, building inspector, or surveyor if necessary in preparation for the house to go on the market. Fees for above will be presented to you for approval prior to any of the above being retained.
  • We will arrange to have a pre-home inspection done by a qualified home inspector, if appropriate.
  • We will co-ordinate contractors and let them into the house if necessary.
  • We will make arrangements with you as to how to deal with the dog, cat, or any other pets during the sale of your home.
  • We will prepare a detailed feature sheet of the house for prospective Buyers to take away with them.
  • We will show you properties currently listed for sale which will in effect become your competition.
  • We will discuss strategies and suggest various marketing plans so that we can implement the best possible strategy to maximize your home’s selling price. Together we will establish the best asking price to ensure top market dollar for your home and minimize your inconvenience.
  • We will review the deed, survey, mortgage documentation and property tax bill of your home to ascertain information relevant to the property’s sale.
  • We will review various agency relationship choices to determine the best representation for you.
  • We will prepare the necessary documentation for listing your property, review and discuss it with you and process it once authorized.
  • We will place your home on the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board’s MLS® system so that it will be immediately exposed to all members. This effectively puts your property in front of 24,000 real estate people.
  • We will re-run the listing on the Real Estate Board’s MLS® system every day until it’s SOLD. This keeps your home in the forefront of the salespeoples’ minds, thereby maximizing its exposure to all agents and their prospective Buyers.
  • We will review with you the procedure for showing your home to prospective Buyers and how appointments are made. 
  • We will send out an email questionnaire for feedback and will personally speak with all sales people to follow up.
  • We will hold an agent open house to allow agents to preview your property before showing it to their clients - this generates excitement within our industry. I will also hold open houses for the public on mutually agreed upon times, if desired.
  • We will advertise your home as appropriate. My marketing strategies include advertising in community publications, flyers to your neighbourhood, internet and web sites.
  • We will actively promote your home in every possible manner.
